My family and I had a very pleasant first time buying experience at Paragon Acura. Our sales person Mr. Wong was very helpful, real and did not try to sell us gimmicks! He also did a nice job of getting us a good deal on our 2009 MDX. Overall, it was an easy venture, even for a first time buyer because the dealership took care of all the DMV paperwork and insurance coverage set-up. Our financial officer Jean was also very helpful and patient in explaining our financing options and giving us all possible scenarios. Our delivery assistant Ms. Deshais was funny and explained to me and my family what features the vehicle has and help us set-up a few features. The dealership was clean, easy to get to via public transportation and they had a good selection of vehicles. I rated the dealership 4.6 because overall the dealership was great with customer service, quality of work, and friendliness; with the overall experience and price, it was good because I was bombarded (every day about 3-4 times a day for about 1 week) by phone calls from the customer service department asking me how my experience was. After I took the survey once, they called again, and again, and again. I told them that I had already taken the survey and they forgot to note it in the system until finally I told the last person who called that I was very upset that they kept calling me. In regards to the price, Mr. Wong was able to work out a pretty good deal although a little less would have been better! I would highly recommend this dealership to other buyers!!!

Paragon was an easy and relaxed experience. My car was ready and gorgeous when they said it would be and I even got a fresh beverage and cookie while I waited! I was rtreated like royalty and will contine to choose Paragon for alll my future purchases and service visits!

the experience here was apalling i would not recommend anyone to even consider doing buisness here. Salespeople are inconsiderate, unprofessional and rude. The service offered was unpleasable and shoppping here was a complete nightmare. Don't even bother wasting your time.

I Was offered a deal on a MDX and I informed them that I had to think it over, which was ok by them. 15 minutes later, I call them on the phone and said that I agree and will go there the next day to close the deal. Nightmare starts when salesperson says to wait 10 minutes the following day. She ignores me for 2 hours. I went 3 days in a row each time it was a different story. They refused to give me the deal. The worst experience ever. This dealer is dishonest and they couldn't care less for your budget. They are sharks and are out to get every cent they can off you.

i bought used certified car from them and in the final bill they add $2600 for warranty i told them to remove it and salesman told me he will take care of it.now its been 3 months after somany calls and complain to head department nothing happen and finally he call me and told me that he can't remove that.$15,000 CAR COST ME $23,450 after adding somany hidden fees.biggest mistake bought used car from them.also gave me temporary registration which is expire and i got ticket and i call them they transfer to message machine.very bad customer service.i will never recommend to anyone to buy from them.first of all car they advertise when you there they will tell you ohhh it sold because price was so cheap.scam !!!!! scam!!!!
